Role Overview:
As a Community Sales Rep, you’ll introduce our pest control services to homeowners through outdoor canvassing. You’ll build awareness, generate leads, and close sales, all while enjoying complete control over your schedule.

What You’ll Do:
- Walk targeted neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners
- Share service information, answer questions, and provide pricing
- Help customers sign up for pest prevention plans
- Represent Prime with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage your own schedule and results
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and resilient – not afraid to hear “no”
- Must be comfortable with commission-only structure
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Sales experience helpful but not required
