Your Responsibilities:

Canvass assigned neighborhoods and introduce our pest control solutions
Educate customers on services and answer common questions
Close sales or generate qualified leads for the service team
Track your results and take ownership of your territory
Represent Prime with professionalism and honesty

Qualifications:

Must be motivated by commission-based earnings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
Goal-driven, independent, and resilient
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Commission-based pay with no income cap
$1 per door incentive during onboarding (ramp-up bonus)
