Full Time • Beaverton, OR

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour + performance-based bonus opportunities

About the Role

Prime Pest Solutions is hiring a Pest Control Technician to service residential routes while completing required Oregon pesticide licensing. This role includes paid training and long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do

Service residential pest control routes.
Inspect properties and apply treatments.
Educate customers on pest prevention and service expectations.
Maintain equipment and a clean company vehicle.
Follow all pesticide handling and safety regulations.
Document service visits using mobile software.

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Willingness to obtain Oregon pesticide licensing (training provided).
Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including driving, lifting equipment, and working outdoors in varying conditions.
