Compensation & Incentives:
- 100% commission-based — no income ceiling
- Performance-based bonus: $1 per door talked to during your first few weeks (onboarding support)

What You’ll Do:
- Canvass neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners
- Introduce pest control services, pricing, and seasonal offers
- Track your activity and manage your own results
- Build a customer pipeline while working outdoors
What You Need:
- Outgoing, coachable personality
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work commission-only as an independent contractor
